Adlerian psychology has become popular recently.
I've read a few introductory books, and unlike Freud, it was refreshing and somehow convincing me, which made me fall in love with it.

I participated because there will be a course on the theme of "Encouraging Love and Humor" based on Adlerian psychology.

The instructor is Ihara Kumiko, a coach in Tokyo.

I've been very interested in coaching recently too ^^

So, why am I interested in Adlerian psychology? I was a person who was completely "defeated with courage."
Until about four years ago, I was a crazy person.
My head was dyed bright red lol

For some reason, I'm working properly now.
However, I'm still full of anxiety, so I definitely wanted to take a course like this one.

There were three things that stuck with me after taking it.
1.
2.
Having a sense of community 3. Being able to encourage yourself first Turn your own views from negative to positive

1. I think life wasn't going well because I wasn't popular with the sense of community for a long time. It seems that it is best to take action together with someone who is able to encourage them.

2. First of all, you must be satisfied. It's the Champagne Tower rule.

3. I went there for work and it was interesting.
When I say "I'm short-tempered," the other person replies, "No, you're carefree." "
Then, yes, I admit, "I'm carefree."
we find the reason, such as
"I'm growing at home." For some reason, evidence of a change from negativity to positive is found. This was interesting.

It's difficult to write, so someone should try it together lol ^^

Now, encouragement can encourage someone else.

In other words, as the circle of encouragement expands, the sense of community will continue to expand.

So, please try and encourage yourself to those who have read this.
Anything is fine.
I wake up in the morning and say, "I'm so beautiful!", "I made so delicious!", or "I'm the best at work!" anything is fine.

Also, at the end of the day, it's a good idea to try the "Images of Othello," which makes everything in the day a good image. I'll try this too.

This is a bit of a mess, but since my name is Yuki, I'll try my best to keep up with my name!
