I participated in a summer training camp for the Aikido Federation, which I belong to.
On the first day, due to work circumstances, I was able to participate from the evening social gathering.
There, I talked about a lot of things with people from various dojos.
In particular, when I told the professors that the day before, I was able to connect with Aikido,
"That's exactly right!"
That's what I was told. There is something like the Aikido mark "・", which represents the universe itself.
When this grows, it becomes a massive universe, and when it is reduced to the limit, it becomes a small point, and within it there is an infinite amount of energy. That energy is "love" and is comparable to a black hole?
In actual practice, if your arm is removed and you put pressure on the entire arm, the entire arm will become universe.
If we continue like this, our opponent will not collapse, but if we make the universe smaller and only the parts we are capturing are considered as points, we think there is infinite energy, love, and a heart of heaven and earth. So I think relaxing your strength is the quickest way to reach that point.
It was a bit of a spiritual story, but after that they put it into practice.
Aiki-raised me was easily lifted up almost 100kg.
It's strange, but that's the law of nature, so it's only natural.
They try everything while maintaining "love" with energy at the same time.
I would like to enjoy my life from now on with that mindset.
thank you very much.
