I know that dieting requires muscle training and diet management, but which is more important?
I started eating out with such questions. . .
My thoughts on this book are
"The Best Eating Methods Doed by a Muscle Training Business Elite," written by Teststerone
.
What's this at first? ! I bought it out of curiosity and read it, but what I wrote was about nutritional management that was very faithful to the basics.
All three meals were Japanese and I was well-balanced.
However, after reading this book I realized that it was not balanced at all.
The key points are as follows:
1. Dietary management using macro management methods
2. Intake of protein
3. Doing muscle training rather than exercise
1. A macro management method is a diet that involves intake of three major daily nutrients that are suitable for your height, weight, and age.
For example, in my case, I am 170cm, 96kg, 41 years old, so my daily basal metabolic rate is 2,199 calories,
and since it's a desk work, 70% of that is 1,759 calories.
Here we calculate the amount of three major nutrients you need per day, and there is a formula.
If you post it, you'll get scolded, so please "buy" the book ^^;
By the way, in my case,
it's: 149g of protein
, 49g of fat
, and 136g of carbohydrates
Based on this, we will consider the meal menu.
In particular, carbohydrates are 130g, so it's about two bowls of rice. It's perfect.
Protein is about 35g per 100g of bird chicken breast, so if you have four fish, that's the same as one day's worth.
There are just over three tablespoons of fat, so one stir-fry might be just right.
2. Salad chicken has been popular these days. This is a great ally for dieting and is also ideal for carbohydrate restriction.
However, from a cost-effective perspective, protein is apparently a great deal.
They are now available at drug stores, and some are delicious. But one thing is unadjusted!
3. Muscle training has the advantage that you will continue to burn calories after muscle training.
Muscle training also has a relaxing effect and an effect of increasing your basal metabolism.
So, don't try to lose weight by exercising, just do muscle training, build muscle and get weight before exercising.
When I first started reading it, it was a surprisingly serious nutrition book (excuse me) so I was surprised, but I read it all at once with simple and easy-to-understand content.
The characteristic of this product is that you can lose weight by being aware of and taking nutritional amounts appropriate for yourself.
And doing muscle training will further enhance your diet effect.
In other words, once you lose weight, you will feel better, gain muscle, and become more relaxed in your mental state, allowing you to enjoy both your work and your personal life.
It's been about two weeks since I started practicing this macro management method at the same time as carbohydrate restriction, but I lost 1-2 kg and stopped.
However, there is no pain at all, so I can continue.
If you've read this, be sure to try out macro management methods (*´▽`*)
