I read "Overall output" by my favorite Professor Kabasawa Shion.
I'll write my thoughts later.

What I want to say today is that it is important to "output".

You can only learn it by outputting it.
The best tool for this is a blog.

But what should I write on my blog?
I thought that way, and about a month passed without a theme being decided.

And then I realized.
What do you want the reader to do? When you think about it that way, you need a "story."

For example, although I write about this blog for dieting purposes, the content is different.
If you have the goal of "starting Aikido will help you to be confident in yourself and face your work and personal life," you will probably find that the content you write about will be more straightforward.

I was stuck in my life → I discovered Aikido → I gained confidence → I was able to continue working → My private life
is rough and rigorous, but I thought that if I made content that reads the above logic, it could have some kind of impact on the reader.

However, I have not yet regained confidence.

However, there are certainly many people who want to be able to escape from similar circumstances.

I've said something arrogant, but I hope I can help with something on my blog.
