Fitness

Since training is off tonight, I started doing weight training at fitness.
It was quite sweating and felt good.

Now, changing the subject, to the story of an Aikido teacher,

It was said that if you have any questions, you should honestly answer, "I don't know."
I think that true strength is a way of life that is not just plain ornamental.

However, some people say the opposite.

"Even if you don't understand something, think about it yourself, even if you don't understand it!"
Think in your own way, even if you don't understand. It's okay to make a mistake.
Why? A person's theory is that thinking about becoming oneself will train them to deal with the ability to deal with problems when they encounter them.

I think it's different. No matter how much you think about it, you don't understand what you don't understand.
First of all, it's not honest. I hate adults like that.

The person also said:
"I love how they try to respond somehow."

In other words, it's a condescending view of them saying, "I'll accept them."
It doesn't matter if the person thinks about it and improves their abilities.

I thought it was a truly self-satisfactory opinion.

The reason why we talk about this is because school teachers often said this since we were children.
It wasn't very convincing.

Think about it, and do it in your own way? When I answered this, the answer was denied, "No, it's not!"

So, tell me from the beginning. . . That makes me feel that way.

In the end, it's just the self-satisfaction of the person teaching.

If you don't understand, ask someone honestly.
This is the golden rule.
Think for yourself! Those adults aren't great people.

That's all. Ah, I feel refreshed. ^^
