This week, there is no practice due to Obon holidays, so I'm writing a blog while drinking beer.
I think it's also during rehearsals when I haven't done anything.

It's not good to force yourself to practice too much.

There was a time when I was really into studio exercises at fitness clubs.

And one day I did it.
Yes, it's an "injury."

Today I'll write a little note about the memories and fear of injuries.

At that time, I failed to land and gave up my leg as hard as I could.
The pain was so severe I even took a taxi to get home.

The next day I ran to the hospital and as expected it was a fracture 💦
It took me six months to recover.
Of course, my work contract was cancelled and I was also very angry at the company.

This was the trigger for me to resign.

So I think it's a good idea to force yourself to practice.

My friend broke his shoulder in front-passive condition 💦
Someone hurt his knee.

 Be very careful of injuries.

However, my knees hurt very much now.
When I kneel while sitting upright, I get a severe, peeling pain that feels like the skin is coming through.
Especially when you kneel while being passive behind you is hell.

I think it's probably accumulating water.
The hospital is not open because it's Obon. . .

Back to the subject, I stopped after I broke my bones due to fitness.
It also disrupts the motivation.
An injury can destroy that much of a mental thing.

Working can cause problems, and living alone can really not do anything.
In my case, this fracture caused my life to change completely.
In the direction of falling.

A few years later, I discovered Aikido and managed to recover to the current situation.

However, it turns out that the broken bones were not completely connected.
The hospital over there was a Yabu doctor. . .

That's why stretching my ankles hurts. Too hot. . .

Anyway, I often regret getting injured like this.
If the pain breaks and the connections get stronger than before!
That's impossible! He's not Saiyan!

So when you can rest, take a break!
Full power is fine, but it's also important to stop practicing after the 8th minute.

It costs money and there's a lot to lose.
So, be careful not to get injured in order to enjoy aikido and sports for the rest of your life!

 That's what it was like.
