The rice harvest is about to finish.
I ate new rice today. That said, I'm limiting carbohydrates so I only have 60g.

 However, it was firm, sweet and delicious.

 And when I measured my weight, I lost 1kg!

 It's getting more and more effective. Professor Kamekawa is amazing.

 Tomorrow we will be practicing Aikido. I'm looking forward to seeing how much I've lost as I move a lot.
