Hello, it's been winter and it's getting cold.
It's the season when the tatami mats at the dojo feel cold.

I practice on Saturday mornings at the dojo I attend.
I always come early because I want to practice a lot.
However, the empty dojo is cold and cold.

So that's the introduction, and what I did
is passiveness and weapons practice.

I'm practicing my front passiveness silently like this.
If it arrives early, the lights aren't on yet.

The forward passiveness is like a work-like feeling and is like a thump.
One thing to note is that if you put in too low position, your shoulders will hit the tatami mat.
This can cause muscle pain and, in the worst case, a fracture.

It takes a lot of courage to be passive.
Especially when you try it for the first time.

Next weapons are wooden swords and staff.
I mainly practice passiveness while holding a weapon.
I'm still not used to weapons, so I want to practice more.

So the goal is to be able to handle weapons and techniques from a large number of people.
I'll do my best.
