It looks like a bit more of a finger injury tomorrow.

But it's not a problem if you walk lightly.

So once in a while, I drove around Aso and Oguni to try to change my mood.

It's October, but the Aso region was still hot.

Well, for lunch, I chose "Great Yamake Yamatake," which I've been wanting to go to for a while.
I decided to go on a weekday because it would be crowded.
This shop is said to be a producer of wild yam.

When I arrived around 11:30, I was lucky enough to be able to join as the first customer.

It is a type that is grilled over charcoal and eaten around the hearth.
There were also private rooms.
By the way, there is no heating and cooling. *Because smoke must be stimulated

We had a grilled chicken charcoal meal.
In addition to chicken, there are also vegetables and pickles.
The wild yam dango soup was especially delicious.

I continued to cook it.
The smoke was shiny and I was given it on the sauce. *Salt is also available.

The various pickles were also delicious.
My favorites were radish and burdock.
Is the burdock fried? It was refreshing.

Also, is it boiled eggplant?
It looks like potato starch, so it was like it was sprinkled and baked, and the flavor was concentrated and it was delicious.

The rice was also delicious for the first time in a while.

Before I knew it, the customers were packed.
If it's popular, it doesn't matter on weekdays.

I was full and was very satisfied.

I'll go out to eat again.
