It's been a while since I last updated.
I've been unable to practice intensely since I started patellar tendonitis (jumper knee).
Especially since I can't passively on the left back, I can't even demonstrate 💦

Please refer to the following article for information on patellar tendonitis (jumper knee).

I always stretch my legs before and after practice.
After that, icing is done for 15 minutes on both sides.

When I go to sleep, I put a compress on my lap.

It's been about two months now, but the pain in my right knee is gone.
As usual, when I touch my knee, I still feel numbness and pain.

This month we will have a promotion screening and we will have to deal with those who will take the exam.
I also have to have a few passive rears, so is it okay? ? ? I'm worried.
In addition, there will be a training course for the Aikido Federation, which I belong to, in a month.
There will be six hours of practice there over two days, so I'm worried about whether my knees will break halfway through.

I told the doctor about my knees, but honestly I don't know what will happen.

In patellar tendonitis (jumper knee), when the muscles in front of the thigh are flexed and stretched, the muscles below the knee are forced to pull, causing a strain to be put on.
This fatigue adds to inflammation.

In my case, I'm probably weighing nearly 100 kg, so I guess it's a considerable amount of strain.
I can't move quickly and throw for a while.

I wanted to practice throwing each other more than once💦

We have to keep on doing our best to avoid any more serious injuries.

It was Taiko.
