It's been about eight years since I started learning Aikido.
Aikido is a martial art that seeks breathing power.
During practice, you use techniques with care in mind your breathing ability.
It's very difficult to explain breathing power.
How to use force?
How is your heart as a person?
I think all of them are correct.
So how do I interpret it?
At this point, what I value is "positivity."
Why?
It's important to move first, whether it's one handed or anything.
I'm proactive because I'm moving first.
To put it more broadly, this is to act "independently".
It's very important to take action in your daily life.
First, think about it and try it out yourself. trial and error.
So when I ask a question, I think
do it on my own, thinking that it's not good to do it.
Move first, not passively.
I think that only with that mindset is the gateway to breathing power.
summary.
