Thanks to this, I can't practice free techniques (10 throws in a row).
I have tried orthopedics, chiropractic and dieting, but it has not been effective.
However, when I woke up one morning, I had a severe back pain.
Maybe the futon isn't right! ?
So I bought a True Sleeper Cello.
The typical one is low-resilience, but this cello is high-resilience.
High rebound is said to be good for back pain.
It arrived right away so I went to sleep.
It's not as hard as I thought it would.
But it's very comfortable!
It feels like I'm lying on a nice bed.
High rebound makes it easier to turn over in bed, so it's less likely to put strain on your lower back.
I'll try using it for a few days and buy it for my family if I'm happy.
