Tonight we had a training session with another dojo (classroom).

There were a lot of people and the timing was good.

The training content also emphasized breathing ability, and although it looked plain, it was a very fruitful practice.
In particular, I tried my best to master Aikido by Professor Sunamari, which allows him to relax and leave the parts he is in close contact with.

I still can't see my breathing power, but I'm really enjoying every practice session.

The federation to which I belong to will be held on July 20th.

This time, me and my senior were both going to do consecutive moves.

They are exploring techniques that are easy for the audience to understand with big movements.

It's important to complete the demonstration, but it's also important to enjoy the process of bringing it to completion!
We discuss together, and we will recognize each other's strengths and weaknesses before taking action.

I think that this kind of mental training is what martial arts seek.

Well, today is a short diary, but this month I feel frustrated that I don't have much time to write.
I would like to interact with people who enjoy aikido more!

It was Taiko!
