Something very happy about this
has been a month since I resumed my personal training.
Recently, my family and trainers
"Your back is tightened!"
I've come to be told that.
This is so yaaahhh!
I tried to avoid dietary restrictions as much as possible, so I thought it would take some time.
I'm happy that my back is tight.
I'm starting to tighten my stomach too.
Come to think of it, I felt light when I was practicing wearing a judo uniform.
My weight hasn't changed though.
I'd like to continue doing this at home while doing weight training.
