Recently I've been practicing one to four lines.
I think the basics are just one rule.
Each has its own moves and tricks.
A top move is a move that goes to the front of your opponent.
The trick is to go to the back of your opponent.
The difference between the front and back is
Hit the ball head-on and if you have the advantage, you'll get a direct move.
If your opponent is superior, this is a trick.
That's how it is.
This time, we will review the basics of "one frontal hit technique."
First, we hit each other head-on.
From there,
press the opponent's elbow to the opponent's shoulders to hold the opponent's elbow in a straight line
This is a bad illustration, but it looks like this:
Once you have the other person leaned back fully, just go in and hold it down.
The thing to be careful about at this time is:
Your arms are peeful! To stretch it out
, to hold your body close to the other person's armpits
, and to make your lower back fit when you enter
.
This will prevent the other person from becoming stronger.
Because the shoulders and elbows are locked.
If you move too hard, you will get injured.
Then just push it towards the opponent's head and knock it down.
Once you defeat it, do the following:
- Place your opponent's arm above your shoulders
- Close contact with your opponent's armpits
- Press your opponent's elbows and wrists with both hands
- Stretch your back and thrust your stomach
This way, the other person wants to get up, but they won't be able to get up.
Please note that if you are away from the armpits or your arms are below the mold, they will come out.
Practice this on the left and right sides.
The receiving party will hit the opponent firmly with a front-facing hit.
Often, when you push it from a front hit,
there are people who say, "Ahhhhhhhhh."
In that case, keep on getting along with the other person.
On the other hand, if you're still holding on, try to break it all the way through.
Otherwise it won't be a practice.
If you're going to put it in a demonstration, it might be a good idea to be passive before suppressing it.
I think this "one rule" is the basics of the basics.
Capture
the importance of posture
to put your hips in
Because there are many basic things like that.
It hasn't really worked for high-ranking players yet.
Symphony
So I'll practice hard too.
I'll practice more drawing too. . .
Well, thank you very much.
