When you think of achieving your goals, you didn't think it would be like setting a high quota or writing it in large letters and doing it passionately, saying, ``Let's do it!''
Have you actually thought, "Isn't that impossible?"

This time I would like to summarize my thoughts on the book "Techniques for Achieving Goals: by Michael Boldak."

By reading this book, I want to change my own ~, succeed and increase my income!
That might no longer be a dream.

So, what does "success" mean to achieve your goal?
It is "thinking" and the accompanying "psychology."

I set goals every New Year and forget about them ^^;
Also, in my company, I have a year of unmotivated, being forced to manage my goals in the first half of the year and being forced to set goals that I can't even achieve.
However, I have found that the goals for what you truly want to do can be easier to achieve success with just one way of thinking.

The following points made me think, "I see."

1. Success is a skill you can learn
2. The goal of achieving your goal is to be "emotions."
3. Maintaining the peak state

1. Success is not a talent you have. It's something that is made.

is that
"doing something will give you a result," Furthermore, 80% of successes are based on "psychological aspects," while the remaining 20% is "methodology."
It's inefficient to focus solely on this 20% of "methodology," right?

2. And it's "emotions." Beneath your actions are "emotions."
To put it simply, I play Aikido. Why are you doing it?

This is because I want to gain a healthy spirit through martial arts and become a great person.

   Not ↑!

When you do martial arts, you think you're cool and you want to be told you're strong!
I think it's correct to answer honestly emotionally.
That's why 80% of success is "psychological."
What do you want to do? What kind of feelings do you want to gain from doing that?

Do you want to be called Kyaa?
Yes I did it!
That's amazing!
splendid!

Only when you feel that way can you take action.

3. Simply put, it means getting yourself in the best shape and starting your day.
It is also used for image training that athletes often do.
The method is

●Power-up Question
: What do I feel the happiest today?
・What is the most exciting thing about today?
・What is your most grateful thing today?

●Imaging success within 3-6 months
- Close your eyes and try to imagine it dozens of times
- How do you feel now that you have succeeded? Yes! Amazing! etc

●Incate (a form of emotion)
- Everything you need is in me
- Anything to get a blog job in November

Knowing the way you think about achieving success and knowing your emotions will help you see what you have done.

By becoming aware, you will be able to motivate yourself and maintain your peak state, allowing you to increase your income even with short-term goals.

As mentioned in this book, why not start by learning the way you want to achieve and trying to maintain your peak state?
I do power-up questions and incactus every morning after waking up and before going to bed.
I've started to see people actually working well in my dreams.

The day this will soon become a reality! Because it can.
It's fun to spend every day thinking that thinking will become reality.

Well then, if you have any questions, I would be happy if you could leave a comment ^^
