I don't have time to go to Aikido at all.
So now, I'm holding back because I don't work until 10pm every day because I'm taking over from the site, so I'm going to be mean.
If that happens, it will inevitably take less than 12 hours from dinner to lunch, so it will make you feel unwell💦
If you become a freelance and are now available at home, you should be able to live a more appropriate life!

My weight stopped at 1 kg at the original level.

I eat about 5 eggs.
I don't drink alcohol on weekdays either.
The difficult part is to have 12 hours apart from dinner to the next meal.
It felt like the more I ate, and it felt like it was counterproductive.
