I wrote about diamonds the other day, and today I'll write a little about it again.
I wonder how this will be especially connected when learning Aikido? That's what I thought.

Martial arts does not aim to compete for victory or loss.
If you win today, you might lose tomorrow.
The battle is just a scene from a long life.

Still, I practice every day.
And in the case of Aikido, we aim to have a demonstration event.

I will also be attending a demonstration event next month.
So I'm practicing hard to pair up with my seniors at the dojo and show off my consecutive moves.

We decided to simulate it several times and try it out.
The senior suddenly started to get nervous and desperately tried to check out the 10 moves he had tried.

When I asked, "Should I just go as I please?", he said,
"No, it has to be exactly as the plot is written."

I thought, I see, he's someone who thinks in his head.
I want to teach you more here! There was such a conflict.
This is probably my paradigm.
I want to stand above others and show off as superior.
This may be the pride that has emerged.

I also tried practicing demonstrations over and over again, but it seemed that if my partner made a little mistake, he would suddenly fall apart.

Originally, it is best to let the flow flow as you feel it in your heart, but that's not the case.

What I want to say is that the process to make a demonstration is more important than the ability to do it.
If you think in your head and get confused, how can you do it?
How can I move even bigger?

By thinking about these things and creating demonstrations, you will be able to see your own problems (paradism).
And when you break through this paradigm, you will be able to see a new self and see even further into Aikido.

So how can you break through the paradigm?

Here's the diamond.

In other words, "What do you want to be?"

That's all.

I want to be an innocent, free person, so I also make Aikido a more free.
That's why when I apply moves, I try to freely play them in the atmosphere of the moment, and I also treat the other person freely.

What do you want to be? This is something that involves facing yourself, so it's quite scary.
It takes courage, but I'll write about this next time.

summary

Always be open, honest and full of energy.
I think this is the path Aikido is aiming for.
As a result, you will become stronger as a martial arts user, gain a healthy body, and meet a variety of friends. These are just by-products.

For a while I will continue to write about my paradigm in diamonds.
Of course, I think it also leads to Aikido.

Thank you very much.
