It may not have any direct connection to Aikido.

I've been coaching for a diet and I'm practicing drawing there.

Simply put, it means "keeping your stomach tight."

I take a walk while breathing while still tight, so I do squats, so it's surprisingly exciting.

Drawing and squeezing your stomach allows your whole body to become one.

As an example, if you walk around, it looks like a model and looks beautiful.

The reason is that the pelvis is raised and the strength of the rest of the body is relieved.
This is because it will increase the center of gravity.

Because I have a low center of gravity, it put a strain on my knees and caused a pain in my lower back.
However, when I feel that I am in poor condition during the day, I draw.

This will improve for a while.
That's why I draw as much as I can while I'm at work.

This seems to be applicable to Aikido as well.

If your whole body becomes one, it may lose unnecessary strength and increase your breathing power.

Starting this year, I'd like to try it out during my rehearsals.
