Yesterday I had my first meditation experience.

It was a two-hour meditation with various movements.
My throat has withered.

I thought my current challenge was to relieve stress.

It's true that there are a lot of stress (which interferes with your life).
Among them, the one that was particularly long lasting was that I was able to resolve it (released).

I won't go into details, but I think this is good.

I would be happy if someone could be happy and had a positive impact.

I'm also planning on going on a trip for about a month.
