Rehearsals are held in the morning on Saturdays.

Recently, there are some beginners, and I'm getting excited about training.

I've also had more opportunities to teach.

If that happens, you will often be made to realize.

One line that was taken for granted

When I actually explain it, there are many things that are not possible.

The basics are:
- stretch your arms straight
, put your hips in to tighten them
hold them close to the other person's armpits,
but it ended up being a bit careless.

When I held back my opponent's arm, I would even get away from my arm.

It's especially good to do as hard as you can when you get into the opponent from a head-on hit.

It's like hitting your arms straight from the other person's sides to the shoulders.

Without this, no matter what you do, you can't get rid of it.

I want to fix the habit of skipping this place.

While doing that, it was a rehearsal where we looked back at the basics.

In the afternoon, I watched DVDs of past demonstration events borrowed from the teacher.

The movements of the members at the time when they appeared were amazing.

The speed, temperament and variations in technique are amazing.

The more impressive it becomes, the more powerful it becomes.

I was deeply aware of how lack of practice was.

Finally, there was a talk by Professor Sunamome, and there was also a lecture on breathing power along the way.

Simply put your arms down, relax and guide your opponent.

"You can tie it when you leave it to the other person."
"That means aiki is love."

It was too amazing.

I wanted to reach this level.

Then I let my arms take off myself and imagined them.

Of course I can't do it. . .

I wanted to go to practice early and try it out.
