Hello.

It's been a while since I posted.

This is because I was unable to practice because I was banned from using the martial arts hall due to the coronavirus pandemic.

It was October, and the ban was lifted and practice has resumed.

But I'm on a hiatus.

Why?

This is because building a body is prioritized.

I'm currently going for personal training.

I'm learning about diet management and muscle training there.

Because I realized that losing weight is the first step for me.

So Aikido will rest for a while.

Oh, but don't worry, I'll write a blog.
