Don't be impatient in life. But time is "finite".
How to use your limited time effectively and efficiently without wasting it?

As I read previously in "How to Use 1440 Minutes" and "God's Time Techniques," the brain's performance drops more and more after you wake up, so it's best to work on a job that uses concentration in the morning. In the afternoon, there are light work and exercise.

These are physical methodologies and are very easy to understand and put into practice, so I also try to implement them as much as possible as MIT.

So what about the mental aspect? What does it mean to have time?
What I thought of in my own way was that I was always in a state of "fulfilling" myself.

What does it mean to be a fulfilled state? Are you confident? ?
And the other day I got some really great tips.

It is said that if you are not satisfied with your promises to others, you will not be able to fulfill yourself or lead to confidence.
In that case, even though they think they are acting for others, they will become "the one who takes away" by seeking rewards from others.

How can I fulfill myself? As Professor Kabasawa said, this is accumulation of small successes.
If you can do something small, praise yourself!
If possible, be emotionally and exaggerated!

If you repeatedly make this habit, you will probably gain confidence under your consciousness.
When I finish small details while working,

"Okay, I did it! I'm a genius!" he says. Of course, no one's looking!

The goal is "a little difficult" and praise them as soon as possible!
Let's build confidence little by little!
