I enjoyed a birthday lunch to celebrate my mother's birthday at
Bistroneige, a stylish bistro in my hometown of Yamaga City, Kumamoto Prefecture
Unfortunately it was raining, but I was able to enjoy it so I'll post a report.
The location is beyond the narrow road in the rice fields.

Bistroneige is an Italian bistro that opened in 2015.
From the locals, it's in a place where they say, "Are you somewhere like this?"
The location if you turn left at the intersection of Nirinji Temple and then turn left immediately! There is a road.
If you go straight there, you will see the sign, so it's easy to see.

The owner chef is from a local area and has trained in Osaka and Tokyo.

I usually rarely eat Italian food, so I was a little nervous when I made a reservation.
Delicious Italian Lunch Course
We ordered the regular lunch course.
My mother loves Italian food, so I'm looking forward to it too.
First, the appetizer.
The white beans and garlic flavor are super delicious~💛The
purple sweet potato soup was particularly rich and I wanted a refill!
And the next thing that came out was soy milk bread
It has a soft scent and is very tasty!
