I'm planning to quit this month on the sugar restriction diet that I've been doing since last year.
The reason is simple. "Because it has almost no effect."
When I first started, it weighed 100kg, and now, a year later, it weighed 98kg.
I don't know if this worked.
I think exercise was very effective.
I calculated carbohydrates for my diet and managed it to be below 50g.
It is mainly as follows:
Morning: Supplements and ginger cocoa
Lunch: Lunch: Lunch (fish, fried eggs, stir-fried vegetables)
: Meat, tofu, miso soup
I received some sweets while I was working, but it still wasn't over 50.
Also, when I had drinking parties on weekends, I mainly ordered highballs.
That said, I have decided not to consider carbohydrate restriction on weekends.
Because it doesn't cause stress.
So I properly tempered my weight on Sundays and tried to exercise to make sure I wasn't gaining any weight.
I remembered when I lost the weight the most and lost weight ever.
And what I realized was "exercise."
I have previously been installing solar panels on the mountain slopes for three months.
I walked along the slope with steel frames, so I walked around 20,000 yen a day.
And then I thought, "That's what I was saying, and I lost 7 kg in a month.
Maybe the best thing for me is muscle training rather than dietary management? That's what I thought.
And tomorrow I'll go to a trainer.
I want to know my body well and create a body that suits me.
I'm not denying carbohydrate restriction.
I'm sorry to the friends who recommended it, but it didn't work because it wasn't there.
I actually know a few people who have actually been able to restrict carbohydrate and have been extremely effective.
So in that sense I recommend carbohydrate restriction.
It was short, but it was Taiko.
