How do you spend 1,440 minutes per day? Are you just spending your time lazing around without thinking about anything?
No, I've made a proper to-do list! There are probably some who do that.
How do you spend the morning? How do you spend the afternoon after?
Today I'd like to write my thoughts on "How to Use 1440 Minutes by Kevin Cruise."
Reading this book may revolutionize how you use it in your day ^^
The secret to using it in 1440 minutes is explained below, but I think it is how it is used to make use of the brain's characteristics.
When I started working on my day, I would write todo lists in my notebook.
And I deleted it every time I completed it.
However, that turned out to be no good.
There were three things that made me realize in this book:
1. Throw away your TODO list
2. Do the most important tasks (MIT) in the morning
3. Blogging is a way to do this, and what's important is to turn content into a story.
Until now, I have always created a TODO list, or a "to-do list."
This means that it's not necessary. Why?
The reason is that TODO will never disappear.
What's more, the number of people keeps increasing, and the stress actually increases.
If you look closely, do you have a list of things like "going to the dentist" from a year ago? ? ?
It seems that scheduling in 15-minute increments is more efficient than adding a TODO list.
Conversely, it is important to create a "toll-free list."
Television is the top thing you don't do.
To be honest, if you have time to watch TV, you should read a book.
Morning information programs can't talk about news.
Next, in the morning, your brain is activated and clean, so you can maintain your concentration.
Therefore, it is best to do creative work in the morning and spend meetings and odd jobs in the afternoon.
It is also important to schedule "time to do nothing."
Thirdly, this is what really resonated with me, but blogging is essential for those who want to share information.
How should I write about it on my blog? I was worried about this.
But blogging is just one tool.
The important thing is how to "story" content to be used as tools is displayed.
In my case, I play Aikido.
Rather than just writing about this, how did you start Aikido?
What was the trigger?
What did you get from that?
What did you lose?
What kind of emotions do you feel?
What do you want to be like from now on?
I think I need to create a content that will allow me to see what I have done and what I am going to do.
By mastering how to use 1440 minutes like this, you will be able to efficiently complete your work and hobbies.
In other words, it will increase your income and improve your private life, which will result in two birds with one stone.
Why not throw away your TODO list and think about one important thing to do and manage your schedule and go on it?
Of course, the notes are handwritten,
see you later
