My weight training PT was approaching 10 in just two months.
Perhaps because I was exhausted from fatigue and stress since Sunday, I've increased my weight by about 1.5 kg.
But I don't mind it and I want to continue like this.
The problem is probably how to deal with stress.
I hope there's a way to measure how much cortisol has accumulated.

Lunge squat 10 times 3 sets
Thruster 10 times 3 sets
Leg lifting abdominal muscles 10 times 1 set I almost hung it in the second set so I fell off
It seems that it will be difficult to achieve the target by the end of this month.
