After training for Aikido, I decided to start icing and stretching.
The details are written in a previous article.

Today I put some ice packed in an ice pack in a cold bag and brought it with me.
There are also some that combine supporters and ice packs!

The martial arts halls used for Sunday night practice are stiff, so it's difficult to sit upright and passive backwards.
Also, there's no fridge available, so I was worried that it would melt before the rehearsal was over.

In conclusion, it was about half melted. . .
I really want it to be in the fridge.

So, is the practice a lucky thing? Today, the teacher was off for personal use, so the semi-instructor gave me guidance.
There were also three people in total, so we decided to do weapon techniques (dagger, wooden sword, and staff).
So I didn't have any moves to sit upright and there wasn't much passive back, so I didn't have to worry about my knees.

It's been a while since I practiced weapon techniques, so my body was cramped and it was difficult.
My right knee didn't hurt at all, but I felt a lot of pain when I was passive back and thrust my left knee once.

That's why I stood with permission when I was using the example of the Associate.
It's not to overdo it.

I lightly stretched my thighs and hamstrings.

After practice, I checked my knees and it felt like I was feeling passionate.
The ice pack was also cold despite the melting melting, so I tried cooling it on the spot.

However, immediately after the training, the martial arts hall was locked, so I fixed the ice pack to my lap and drove home.
After 20 minutes, my knees got quite cold, so I took a bath right after I got home.
This will warm you up and improve blood circulation in your knees.

There was no particular discomfort in the affected area, but it hurts when you gently press it with your finger.
If you continue to icing and stretch every day at this rate, your knee condition will gradually improve.

I would also like to be able to receive free moves (10 throws).

I also want to continue working on slot training (4-second muscle training) every day, so I can continue to lose weight.

Today is short, but I'm sorry about that.

It was Taiko.
