I went mountain climbing today.
It's a low mountain, but it's a pleasant stroll through nature.
My legs got cramped while descending the mountain. . .
Well, at night we'll practice Aikido.
The dojo I attend has two hours of practice, with the first half being aimed at children and the second half being aimed at adults.
The first half will also be practiced together.
At this time, the archiving person will be instructed.
It's a training session for children, so it's not very exercised.
However, there is much to learn from the perspective of instruction.
What it means is in the second half of the adult section.
I was practicing breathing throwing.
There are many variations of breathing throws, not just one.
What I did today was the type who lets the opponent hold their right hand with their right hand and turn their wrists back to break down.
I let the opponent hold my right hand firmly.
And I tried hard to change my wrist.
But the opponent doesn't fall apart. . .
So the teacher said,
"We have to do it in the middle of movement."
???
What's that about?
In other words, it's too late to have the other person take it and then try to move.
Because it has already been "taken away."
Instead, he says, "Yes, please,"
and invites him to help him.
And then I leave the movement to relax.
Leave it to the front or back, or up and down, leaving it to the front and back.
Then the other person will spin around you.
All that's left is to turn your wrist and throw it.
You have to be conscious of what teachers often say to you to "have them take it."
It's not good to let him take it and then move.
A move is created in a series of inviting movements and the movements of the opponent that you take.
In other words, "If there is movement, infinite techniques will be born there."
This is apparently the words that Professor Sunamome said.
With this in mind, we resumed practice.
After that, we were able to practice with a lot of movement.
Aikido is only possible when the other person moves.
If you don't do anything, you'll do nothing either.
It would be great if you could make use of Aikido in your way of life.
