I'm starting work today!
I didn't laze over the New Year holidays, but went to workouts every other day so I was able to keep my weight up!
Well, I'm starting work today, but I'm not letting go of my weight training.
Aikido practice starts from the 6th, so on days when there are no training, we do weight training.

The bento is doubled without rice and is served with double the side dishes! It's rich in protein.
This won't make me sleepy at work.
After work, I went home and had some porridge and then headed straight to the gym!
Perhaps because there are still many people on New Year's holiday, it's empty (^^♪
I could use all the equipment.
Squats, bench presses, rat pulleys, low-low, arm curls, side chests, 30 minutes of exercise bikes.
Finally, I did some stretching. I'll be able to split the legs soon.
The alcohol is a highball with no sugar
I'm a big fan of alcohol.
I actually love sake, but I have a carbohydrate restriction so I use a highball.
Of course, drinking too much is strictly prohibited.
