Good evening, this is Taiko.
In March, the rehearsals have been cancelled due to the effects of COVID-19, so it's boring.
I also practice alone, but I get bored of it soon.
Still, I'm working on a lot to keep it from getting dull.
The other day I was taught something good in a diet class.
Do you know "Shinmukoho"?
I'm sure anyone of a certain age knows it.
This is a health method devised by a person named Nagaizu.
It's from before and after the war, so if I knew it, I might be able to find out my age lol
When I first heard of it, I wonder if such old ones are valid now?
That's what I thought.
However, looking at the contents, it's the same stretching that you usually do.
Please watch the video first.
It seems there is also a website (Shinmukoho Association).
The effect is:
It will soften your body.
・Acceptable pelvis
・Adjust other body distortion
・Anti-aging
And so on.
The scientific basis is omitted here.
There are from the first to fourth exercises, and I've seen them all before.
I do it around 8pm after taking a bath.
When I actually try it, I feel like I'm falling asleep very well.
It seems that your pelvis cannot sleep unless it is open when you sleep.
It also seems to be effective for resetting internal organs.
It is also effective in regulating the autonomic nervous system.
I casually did stretching after the Aikido practice.
This was almost the same as Shinmukoho.
I wonder if this will improve the diet effect?
If practice resumes in April, we will be able to adapt to practice soon!
