So why didn't it work?
I could only think that the cause was me.

In the end, you have no choice but to find a diet that suits you.
Many people are making money on blogs, but doing the same thing doesn't necessarily mean the same results.
Anyway, there is a method described above as a "general" answer that is somewhat of a "general" answer.
Is carbohydrate restriction meaningless?
So is carbohydrate restriction a meaningless way?
That's completely different.
I have an acquaintance who lost lots of weight due to carbohydrate restriction, so it's effective.
In the first place, carbohydrate restriction is not for dieting purposes, so don't misunderstand that.
It's only natural that if people who consume too much carbohydrates restrict carbohydrates, they will lose weight.
However, no matter how I calculate it, I kept it to about 60g every day.
I quit snacking quickly and I'm feeling well.
So why was it not effective?
Carbohydrate restriction itself is something I need, and I will continue to use the food menu.
What I noticed after taking today's seminar was that it seems to be due to a lack of other elements other than carbohydrates.
I'm an expert so I can't write more about it, but I've kept the excess but I don't have enough things I need.

I currently refrain from rice, bread, and noodles as much as possible.
Of course, there are also juices and sugary alcohols.
If that's all, it's just about "reducing unnecessary things," so it doesn't change the situation where you don't have enough things you need.
In my case, although it's just a bit of intuition, I think it's probably because I lack salt and bitterness.
Each person needs a different amount of nutrition, so carbohydrates are important for those who need sweetness.
People who need sourness will have fruits and other benefits.
This means it's not evenly-equal.
So, in the end, it leads to the fact that athletes tend to eat a lot.
This is not because they like and dislike it is, but their body naturally intuitively wants it, saying, "Oh, I don't have enough nutrition."
You've never seen or heard of someone who actually died of malnutrition because they're a picky diet, right?
To improve your physical performance during the day
Food is important, but exercise is also important.
So what is the best exercise?
To put it simply, you should increase your muscles.
To do this, you will need to do some exercises.
There are various muscle training sessions, and depending on the purpose, which one you do will vary.

My stomach is sticking out so I tried a bit of abs, squats and butt.

However, this kind of training will help you maintain your performance better for several hours.
This is surprising. In other words, if you keep this, you'll have a switch to lose weight even when you're working in the morning.

Martial arts place importance on attitudes based on respect, but this also leads to dieting.
