Hello.
I love Aikido, so I often watch Aikido videos on YouTube and TiktOK.
There are many very educational videos, which is fun.
However, how can you improve your aiki in most videos?
There are many things like the axis and the angle.
I think that such plain practice would be good, but I think the order in which I practice is different.
It seems like you can't master it unless you have a series of movements.
So, it is often seen that even if we do this partly, the axis is rotated, etc., it is only possible to do that, and as a whole, nothing is done.
I believe that breathing power comes from a series of movements based on body movements, so I try not to concentrate on training that focuses on techniques.
