The other day, Dr. Kamekawa Hirohiro from Nagomi Clinic gave a lecture
"A ramen-loving doctor teaches you carbohydrate restrictions - delicious, fun and healthy"
I went to ask.
When you think of carbohydrate restriction, what do you think of?
Diabetes? diet?
It looks kind of tough, isn't it?
However, while eating ramen every day, Dr. Kamekawa has been able to restrict carbohydrates and successfully lose weight.
That's amazing.
So how should you limit carbohydrate restriction? This was a lecture that taught me how to do this and how to think about it.
I also purchased the book.
Foods that are suitable for carbohydrate restriction are being verified by actually measuring blood sugar levels.
If I had to give three key points,
1. Carbohydrate restriction (mild) is 130g of carbohydrates per day, and if you're serious about doing it, 60g
2. Eat steak without eating rice!
3. Carbohydrates are the cause of illness
A few years ago, the "carb-free diet" became popular, but once I did that. . .
Reduce your meals → lose muscle → reduce your meals → lose muscle → lose muscle
, and as you lose muscle, it becomes a vicious cycle and you can't hold it in! At that point, the fish ate a lot, and the result is a "rebound."
The word carbohydrate restriction itself sounds like something that is bound to you, but the content is not the case.
For example, in the case of hamburgers and rice.
It's fine as long as you keep the rice to around 60g, but that wouldn't be enough, right?
So you can just add more side dishes instead!
Does that mean it's better to eat two steaks than to eat two rice balls? (Speaking?)
He also says, "Give diabetics steak rather than rice."
Carbohydrates (dextrose) also feeds cancer.
Avoid excessive carbohydrate intake.
And it also has the effect of reducing carbohydrates as well!
I haven't heard much about this (lol)
Now, in conclusion, you can also restrict carbohydrates from eating out.
If you have the will to say, "No meals!"
Instead, you can eat a lot of side dishes.
Isn't that fun?
If you try to restrict carbohydrates with that fun mindset, you can lose weight and your skin will become beautiful and healthy.
I also asked a question at the end of the lecture.
After all, you should eat at least two hours before going to bed.
Now, why not have fun restricting carbohydrates and become healthy and beautiful?
First off, I think it's better to eat a lot of meat, rather than reducing the amount of rice!
